Europe has been rearming since 2022. Everyone watches the technology and the capital. Nobody watches what decides who the state notices first: the narrative. It gets commented on, never taken apart. I founded Cellule 51 to do that work.

The order is fixed: the state writes the threat and signs the cheque. Narrative decides who captures both. Capital follows.

My name is Cédric Karlikowski. French, of Polish, Moroccan and Spanish descent. My family crossed the twentieth century through the Armia Krajowa, the French Foreign Legion and the decolonisation of the French empire. War isn't a subject I study. It's a family timeline.

I came to defence from the outside. Ten years in marketing, several of them in Web3 and crypto, watching gamification and the founder's personal brand become levers on capital before anyone named them. When the same codes resurfaced in defense tech, I recognised them.

The name comes from Heraclitus, fragment 51: the bow kills, the lyre makes music, and it's the same drawn string.
